You’ve got questions, I’ve got answers
Yes, there is a variety of meal options to suit your dietary preferences and requirements. Vegan, halal, vegetarian etc. I customize the meal plan based on what you like to eat and what your goal is. This means that with a meal plan from me, you often get a lot of the same food you already eat, but it's now tailored to your goal. Additionally, all my clients receive "discretionary calories" that can be used for extra food, treats, social gatherings, and other things not included in the plan.
No, my clients train both at home and at the gym, depending on what suits their preferences and life situation.
The number of sessions per week is determined by the client's goals, personal preferences, and availability for training. My clients train anywhere from 1 to 6 sessions per week.
Absolutely, my coaching is suitable for everyone regardless of gender. My goal is to support and empower individuals of all backgrounds to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
